Orders can electronically via the Internet (online shop, e-mail), in writing (letter), be granted. The order shall be deemed granted upon receipt and will take effect immediately. Rudolf Hiesbök is not liable for delays or defects caused by incorrect, incomplete, misleading or illegible information provided by the client.
2. Delivery
Delivery is from stock Rudolf Hiesbök. The cost of transport and all transport risks by the buyer. All packet deliveries are insured (excluding the CIS countries).
3. Delivery dates, delay in delivery and partial deliveries
Delivery times are given to the best of its knowledge and belief. They are not considered as binding. The delivery by us is subject to that we ourselves are supplied correctly and on time and are not responsible for the lack of availability. Compensation for late or incomplete delivery is excluded, unless gross negligence. For non-time deliveries and for non-compliance, we are liable for our part only if intent or gross negligence. The liability is the rest - to the extent legally permissible - limited to the invoice value of the damage-causing product.
4. National shipping
Postage costs are calculated according to current tariffs.
5. Payment
Payments in the internet shop are usually made in advance by bank or Paypal. Any bank fees paid by the customer.
Payment by PAYPAL:
If the ordered items in sufficient quantity to be in stock, delivery usually takes place immediately after receipt of payment on our PayPal account.
Advance payment:
If you specify that you want to pay in advance, will be delivered to our account, the goods ordered upon receipt of the total amount on the said delivery address.
6. Withdrawal
Only private consumers have the following statutory right of withdrawal:

You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, e-mail.) Or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receiving the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery). In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits (eg. As interest). Can you give us the performance received whole or in part, or return them only in deteriorated condition, you will be obliged to pay compensation. With the surrender of things this does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to their inspection - is due - as it would have been possible in a retail store. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a determination by the proper use of the thing, by not using the goods as your own property and refrain from doing anything which reduces their value. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the cost of returning the goods if the delivered goods ordered corresponds and if the price returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you are at a higher price the thing at the time of the revocation yet the return or a contractually have provided partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free for you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation or thing for us with their receipt.
If you send us purchased items to us for repair, please note the following:
- Please make the shipment free and provide these with your address and your customer number.
- Please warranty card and copy of the invoice (purchase receipt) enclose.
- We need a detailed description of the error ('broken' is not a description of the error and makes the search for possible errors very costly and time consuming).
- We need your phone numbers where you are day and evening reached for questions.
You will thus help themselves and handle even us, repairs and warranty claims quickly and economically. Repairs without warranty card and without proof of purchase are always calculated from all service departments!
Sign transport damages - if the product looks intact - now the delivering forwarding company and take delivery by the delivery with reservation only and a written acknowledgment of the externally established damage counter. Please contact also with us.
We are not liable for damage caused by disruptions of our operations due to force majeure (eg natural phenomena, traffic disturbances, strikes), are caused. The same is true, if we have on certain days or for certain time close fully or partially or restrict important reasons our operation.
